Day Trade Diary (“เรา”) ให้ความสำคัญกับความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ใช้ที่ติดต่อกับเพจและบริการ WDR Sales Assistant นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าข้อมูลใดอาจถูกเก็บ ใช้อย่างไร แบ่งปันกับผู้ให้บริการใด และผู้ใช้สามารถขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือลบข้อมูลของตนได้อย่างไร

- ข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการบริการลูกค้า เช่น สถานะการสนทนา ประเด็นที่ผู้ใช้สอบถาม ความต้องการ และสถานะการติดตาม
- ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการชำระเงินที่ผู้ใช้ส่งมาเอง เช่น ภาพสลิปหรือรายละเอียดการโอน เพื่อใช้ตรวจสอบรายการเท่านั้น
2. วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล
- ตอบคำถามและให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับ WDR และบริการของ Day Trade Diary
- จัดการคำขอสมัคร การชำระเงิน การเข้าถึงผลิตภัณฑ์ และการช่วยเหลือลูกค้า
- บันทึกประวัติการสนทนาเพื่อให้การตอบกลับต่อเนื่อง
- ใช้ระบบ AI ช่วยวิเคราะห์ข้อความ จัดหมวดหมู่คำถาม และร่างคำตอบ โดยบางกรณีอาจถูกส่งต่อให้ผู้ดูแลตรวจสอบ
- วิเคราะห์ภาพรวมของคำถามและความต้องการของลูกค้าเพื่อพัฒนาคอนเทนต์ ผลิตภัณฑ์ และการบริการ
3. การใช้ AI และระบบอัตโนมัติ
WDR Sales Assistant ใช้ระบบอัตโนมัติและ AI เพื่อช่วยตอบคำถามและจัดการข้อมูลการสนทนา AI ไม่ได้ถูกใช้เพื่อรับประกันผลลัพธ์ทางการเงินหรือผลการเทรด และกรณีสำคัญบางประเภทจะถูกส่งต่อให้ผู้ดูแลเพื่อพิจารณาโดยมนุษย์
4. ผู้ให้บริการที่อาจประมวลผลข้อมูล

5. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษา
เราเก็บข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการ การติดตามคำขอ การดูแลลูกค้า และการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้อง เมื่อข้อมูลไม่จำเป็นอีกต่อไป เราอาจลบ ทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคล หรือเก็บเฉพาะข้อมูลสรุปที่ไม่ระบุตัวตน
6. สิทธิ์ของผู้ใช้และการขอลบข้อมูล

7. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

Day Trade Diary (“we”, “us”) respects the privacy of users who interact with our Facebook Page and WDR Sales Assistant. This policy explains what data we may collect, how we use it, the service providers that may process it, and how users can request access, correction, or deletion.
1. Information We May Collect
- Information provided by Meta/Facebook under authorized permissions, such as Page-scoped user ID (PSID), message content, and timestamps.
- Information users voluntarily provide through Messenger, such as name, email, phone number, product interests, or support details.
- Customer-service and CRM information such as conversation status, questions, needs, and follow-up status.
- Payment-related information voluntarily submitted by the user, such as payment slips or transfer details, solely for verification and support.
2. How We Use Information
- To answer questions and provide information about WDR and Day Trade Diary services.
- To handle registration, payment, access, and customer-support requests.
- To maintain conversation continuity.
- To use AI-assisted processing for message classification and response drafting, with certain cases escalated to a human administrator.
- To analyze aggregated customer questions and needs in order to improve content, products, and support.
3. AI and Automation
WDR Sales Assistant uses automation and AI to help process messages and generate responses. The system is not used to guarantee financial or trading outcomes. Certain cases are routed to a human administrator for review.
4. Service Providers
We may use service providers necessary to operate the service, including Meta/Facebook Messenger, Make.com, OpenAI, Google Workspace/Google Sheets, Telegram, and Netlify.
We do not sell users’ personal information to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, handle support, maintain customer records, and comply with applicable requirements. Data may later be deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.
6. Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
Users may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting our Facebook Page/Messenger:

7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards and access controls designed to reduce unauthorized access. However, no online system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
